This was found via fellow C lister eclecticsm, and I didn't even get fired from Microsoft! Though, of course, no one has called me sexy in my comments either.
And I stole this graphic from eclecticsm as well, since the HTML wasn't working for me, and life is just to short to waste time tickering with it.
