Well, I suppose technically I don't need a new apartment, but I want one. My lease ends on March 31st so I am in the market for a new swingin' pad! Well, a pad at least.
Anyone have any ideas, or tips, or inside tracks for your dear old friend Scott?
I enjoy living in Center City, but really anywhere within walking distance of Center City is fine.
I am going to start looking next week, so get those tips coming! :)
Oh, and I am looking for a one bedroom (I hate studios!), and well that is about it. I wouldn't mind having an office, but really I don't think I'll find a place I can afford with an extra room. And for some reason I am drawn to bi-level places, but I have no idea why.
Anywho, my first step was to ask my current landlord if they have anything I could look at.
